Gentle Chiropractic Treatment for the Surrounding Communities of Malvern, Exton, Frazer, Downingtown, and West Chester

Chiropractic treatment can be gentle and still effective. Our chiropractor can treat many muscle pains and minor joint concerns with gentle force and manipulation including massage-like techniques.

Chiropractic Manipulation

Manipulation is the process of adjusting the alignment of the joints and spinal column of the body using forceful, but non-painful movements. Our goal is to improve alignment to reduce the amount of pressure on the joints and disks. Keep in mind that chiropractic manipulation is often utilized for back pain, neck pain, and other types of joint-related pain.

Instrument Assisted

Our team offers instrument assisted chiropractic care as well. You’ll be able to lay on a table that will move very slowly to adjust your spinal column. This is not painful. Our chiropractor will manipulate the machine to create the type of changes to your spinal column desired.

Licensed Massage Therapy

As a licensed massage therapist our professionals can offer you the improvement you need through proven techniques. Massage therapy is specifically guided to address the specific areas of muscle and joint pain you have. It can also help with stress relief and improvement of overall tension.

Spinal Decompression

The spinal column contains a number of bones called vertebra that sit one on top of each other and work to protect the spinal cord. Between each of these bones is a fluid-filled sac called a spinal disc. When there is poor alignment of the bones, the discs become compacted, resulting in pinched and painful nerves. In this treatment, we work to reduce some of that compression to create pain relief.

Rapid Release Technology Technique

Rapid Release Technology is a technique that uses vibration to break the painful adhesions and scar tissue that occur in the nerves and muscles, allowing for pain relief. This technique is non-invasive and highly effective for those suffering from chronic pain.

Physical Therapy Modalities

Physical therapy can help improve the way your body functions. Our team works with you to create a customized set of movements and exercises that aim to improve the function of your body. These work to strengthen and correct underlying causes of pain or limited mobility.

  • Ultrasound
  • Interferential electrical muscle stimulation

  • Mechanical traction

Core Education and Exercises

The core of your body requires comprehensive support and work to ensure it is as strong as possible. When you experience pain in the back, neck, or shoulders, it may be related to core weakness. Our team works to strengthen your core through exercises.

Whole Body Treatment

Often, it is not a single spot on the body that hurts, but a number of areas of inflammation. Chiropractic care works to restore function through improved alignment of the spinal column.

Personal Injury Treatment

If you’ve fallen and been hurt, you may have damaged the alignment of your spine and joints. Back, neck and shoulder pain are commonly treated effectively with chiropractic care.

Worker Comp Cases

If you were hurt on the job, you may benefit from our chiropractic care. We can help reduce mobility concerns and help you to regain function of your joints.

Auto Accident Treatment

Auto accidents often lead to concerns related to mobility including whiplash, back pain, and knee pain. Our team offers chiropractic care to address these concerns.

Sports Injury

Chiropractic care can help strengthen your muscles, improve joint function, and reduce sports-related pain.

Extremities - shoulders, Knees, Elbows

Our wellness team offers customized treatment for any areas of concern related to your extremities through chiropractic care.

Electric Muscle Stimulation/TENS

TENS treatment is an effective tool for improving chronic pain untreated through other methods. It uses electrical stimulation to create pain relief.

Active Release Technique (A.R.T.)

ART is a type of soft tissue therapy that helps to reduce pain in tight muscles and trigger points. This can help with many joint stresses.

CranioSacral Therapy

A noninvasive treatment, this treatment focuses on the head, spinal column, and the surrounding area to reduce compression and alleviate pain.

Kinesio Taping

Kinesio works to stimulate the body’s natural healing process, while also providing a supportive environment to encourage joint movement in a safe way.

Nutritional Counseling

At the heart of chiropractic care is nutritional counseling. Stimulate healing through a customized nutritional plan designed to meet your body’s needs.

Reviews By Our Satisfied Patients

  • "I was very impressed with the chiropractic care I received from Dr. Anderson. I had received chiropractic in the past for my neck pain, but not to this level of care. After only a few sessions, my symptoms began to disappear, especially my neck pain, and I know I would not have been able to perform to my everyday work functions without the treatment I received."

  • "I have benefitted tremendously from the chiropractic care I received from Dr. Anderson. Not only has the adjustments helped alleviate my stiffness and aches, but it has helped me have more energy and just feel more balanced over all. A few months ago, I was able to resume a favorite hobby of mine: golf. Due to my previous pain, I never thought that’d be possible."

  • "Dr. Anderson has allowed me to be headache free for quite some time now. I used to have daily nagging headaches that often would turn into a migraine leaving me unable to function. For the longest time, I thought I could just keep taking medication to have the pain subside."
